Install tape on the rotating shaft, install shaft with which tape on the tape holder, stick tape to the cutting shaft, rotating the shaft to cut, After cutting it will appear from the front of tape dispenser!
Recommend at least 3 5-8mm heat tape size, or 2 15mm, for larger cutter.
