Frequently Asked Questions

Please note that each Heat Press is different. We highly recommend that a Heat Press is used, not an iron or "Easy Press", due to the high temperature and pressure needed.

Most items are 400°F (204°C) for 60 seconds at low-medium pressure. But this may vary. We have found that the bleached shirts temp. should be dropped down to around 380°F for 60 seconds. 

Tumblers are 3-5 minutes per tumbler, at 400°F

You are receiving a BLANK item. Which is a substrate that you add designs to, the item used to customize on. You will not receive a customized, printed item. For customized items, please visit our sister site- For the Culture Designs www.ftcdesigns.com

We will ship your order out the next Business Day (Monday-Friday) when ordered by 5p.m. Holidays and weekends are not considered a business day. Order by 5pm on a Friday, we will ship your order out Monday. Order by 5pm on Thursday, we will ship your order out Friday.
