Refund policy

SUBCRAFTS, LLC DOES NOT accept returns. If there are issues with your order, please contact us WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING your order via email at support@subcrafts.com. Please include pictures of the item, along with the invoice for the order. If you do not email WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING the order, we will not be able to process a potential store credit. Refunds are processed for orders that we CANNOT fulfill. Any shipping issues (i.e. package was damaged when received, etc.), SUBCRAFTS, LLC is not responsible nor liable for claims. A claim will need to be filed with the shipping supplier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
