Refunds:

SUBCRAFTS, LLC DOES NOT accept returns. If there are issues with your order, please contact us WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING your order via email at support@subcrafts.com. Please include pictures of the item, along with the invoice for the order. If you do not email WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING the order, we will not be able to process a potential store credit. Refunds are processed for orders that we CANNOT fulfill.

Shipping:

All orders are created after order submission. 

Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate.

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **Also, SUBCRAFTS,LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.
