If there are issues with your order, please contact us WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING your order via email at Please include pictures of the item, along with the invoice for the order. If you do not email WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING the order, we will not be able to process a potential store credit. Refunds are processed for orders that we CANNOT fulfill.

All orders are created after order submission. 

Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate.
